What if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight number, so your driver is there when you actually land, not when the schedule said you would. If a flight is cancelled or badly delayed, contact us and we will sort it out with you.

How do I pay?

At checkout by card through Paystack, from your RideArrivo wallet balance, or with a membership. The fare is shown before you confirm anything.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Later than that, you get 50% back. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

How far ahead should I book?

Airport pickups work best booked ahead, so a driver is lined up for your flight. Need a ride sooner than that? Book on demand with ArrivoExpress.

Are the drivers verified?

Every driver completes identity and licence verification before accepting rides, and you can share your trip live with someone who wants to know you arrived safely.

Is RideArrivo available in my language?

Yes. The website and booking are available in English, French, Chinese, Hindi, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
